The college years are some of the most foundational years of our lives. College students are at the crossroads of life, making lifetime decisions and moving out to influence the world. It is an ideal and crucial time to develop the values and beliefs that will guide them throughout the course of their lives. Our passion is to help college students build this foundation according the revealed will of God, through the Bible.
Our desire at Kansas State can be described in 4 key components:
- We seek to help students understand what God has done for us through the life and death of Jesus Christ and to help students enter into a life-transforming relationship with Christ.
- We seek to help students learn to follow Christ and mature in their faith and grow in their character as Disciples of Christ.
- We seek to help build and train students to be laborers for Christ, influencing their friends, their campus and ultimately the world with the Gospel of Christ.
- We seek to help these trained students honor God and build His kingdom by providing leadership in every sphere of influence (the family, church, community, business, medicine, education, missions, etc.) at home and around the world. Jesus said, “the harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few.”
